One of the single most important aspects of a President is dependability. To be a President means you have a lot of responsibilities, so people have to depend on you to take care these responsibilities. Sometimes, being a President comes with hard decisions, but it’s your responsibility to make those decisions. If people can depend on you to get them through not only the good times, but the hard ones too, then you have the making of a great leader. On behalf of the Graduate Student Association (GSA), it is indeed my distinct pleasure to welcome you to Concordia University of Edmonton. I am so excited that you have chosen the best Graduate University in the country to continue your educational pursuits. It is exciting to be able to learn, work and live in the Edmonton city.
